Disclaimer & terms · 28 August 2026

ClaimBack AI is a purchase-record and complaint preparation tool.

These terms explain the service boundary and the responsibilities that remain with each user.

1. Service provider and description

ClaimBack AI is a registered business name of Pumps & Electrical Pty Ltd (ABN 29 680 127 379, ACN 680 127 379), which operates this service. In these terms, “ClaimBack AI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pumps & Electrical Pty Ltd when it provides the service. ClaimBack AI helps users organise purchase facts and evidence, store receipts, track important dates, prepare editable complaint messages, create case summaries and case-pack PDFs, understand common escalation pathways and track consumer issues. Purchase Protection, the Purchase Vault and Purchase Passport are record-organisation features within the same service. ClaimBack Protected is a separate paid membership feature governed by its own eligibility, disclosure, benefit and manual approval terms.

2. Not legal advice or representation

The ordinary ClaimBack claim tools and free Purchase Protection records are not insurance and do not reimburse purchases. ClaimBack Protected may provide a manually approved contractual benefit for an eligible remaining loss under the current protection terms. It does not provide legal advice, act as a lawyer, represent users, contact a business on a user’s behalf, predict outcomes or guarantee a refund, replacement or benefit approval. General references to fair trading, consumer affairs, chargebacks or other pathways may not apply to every situation.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for checking every date, amount, statement, attachment, recipient and deadline before sending or relying on generated material. You must decide whether to send a message or take an escalation step. Consider independent professional advice where the value, urgency, risk or complexity makes that appropriate.

4. Accounts and guest access

You are responsible for access to your browser profile and signed-in account. Do not use another person’s identity or access their claims. Guest work may be unavailable if its browser cookie is removed. Signed-in claims are associated with the verified identity supplied by the sign-in provider.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use ClaimBack AI to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, submit knowingly false information, upload malicious files, expose unrelated personal information or interfere with the service. ClaimBack AI may restrict activity that creates security, legal or operational risk.

6. Evidence and third-party information

Upload only information reasonably needed for your own issue and remove unrelated personal details where practical. You confirm that you are permitted to store and use the material you provide. Businesses, regulators, banks and other services have their own rules, deadlines and decision processes.

7. Generated content

Generated and automatically extracted output is based on the information provided and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular recipient. Wording remains editable. Evidence readiness describes completeness only; it is not a prediction of legal strength or likely success.

8. Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Claim Pack and Premium Claim are one-time purchases that apply to the selected claim. ClaimBack Pro Monthly is $14.99 per month and ClaimBack Pro Annual is $149 per year. Each renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal through Stripe Billing without contacting support and retain access through the paid billing period. Existing customers who previously purchased the one-time 30-day ClaimBack Pro Pass keep their valid, unexpired access; the legacy pass does not renew. Paid access activates only after Stripe confirms payment. Refund requests are assessed against the product supplied, the circumstances and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

9. Availability

The service may occasionally be unavailable or changed for maintenance, security, provider failure or product improvement. Keep copies of important evidence and downloaded case packs. ClaimBack AI is not the official filing system of any business, regulator, court, bank or payment provider.

10. Liability boundary

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClaimBack AI is not responsible for a business’s decision, a missed external deadline, an unavailable third-party service or loss caused by unchecked or inaccurate user-supplied information. Any rights and remedies that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

11. Changes, contact and termination

These terms may be updated as features, providers and legal requirements change. Material changes should be identified by a new effective date. Access may be suspended for misuse or a serious security risk. You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. Questions about the service, billing or these terms can be submitted to Pumps & Electrical Pty Ltd through the published support contact form.

12. Governing context

ClaimBack AI is designed for Australian users. These terms are intended to operate under applicable Australian law, with NSW as the initial operating context, without limiting any mandatory rights available elsewhere.
